Daily Chess 287: Sicilian Defense #chess
Hi friends,
In this game, I played black with Sicilian Defense. Black tried to play Qh5 in the beginning. It was clear that his strategy is to attack the weak f7 pawn. The next move in opening was Bc4 usually popular among beginners or intermediate players. With e6 the disaster was averted.
In his next attempt, black played Ng8 and with queen still on h-file threatening mate on h7 , I played h6 to kick the knight back.
The knights got exchanged and I as black had full central control. I launched typical Sicilian attack from the queen side with b5.
White could not stop the pawn advances which happened with chasing the bishop. The e-file is under black control and later in the endgame, black was able to promote and white resigned.
