  1. what if nh3 ng5 qf5 check after white traded with the c pawn and weakened king side?

  2. the London system doesn't work on me because once the bishop comes out, i make the london system a wayward queen attack for black

  3. I've landed here after multiple losses against the London

  4. If you like tricky moves against the London, there is also the obscure and offbeat, yet if you look into it, somewhat logical and tricky: 2. Bb4 for black.

  5. why can't white move his pawn to h3 when black plays bishop to g4? (in the Video on 11:12 for example)

  6. The subtitles in English are hiding the board. Please correct the position of the subtitles. Thanks.

  7. I know I'm more than a year late here, but @GothamChess if you go back to 17:47 in the video, couldn't you have moved the Knight to E1+ with the check on the King then forking the Bishop? If not, why?

  8. This is the first time I’ve watched a video where I recognize the game. I played a set up very similar to this, just bum-rushing pawns before developing. Then I sacked my queen for the come-back win (I’m 900 rated)

  9. Can pls someone explain me what he did do at 19:41 ? How could he check and take the pawn at the same time? is there a special rule i dont know? Thanks 🙂

  10. watched this video next game i played opponent played the london and I used every tactic in this video and absolutely destroyed

  11. Literally watched the first 9:49, went and played a game, got the London and the opponent resigned after 14 moves (losing their Q on move 11). So as always, Gotham is wrong and I am an expert in countering the London.

  12. The Kings indian: YOU THINK YOU CAN BEAT ME?????

  13. People watching on how to beat the London opening:
    Meanwhile me: 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 London-Using Noob 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

  14. Jokes on you I came to know how my opponent is going to counter ME

  15. 1:32 looks like a reversed Vienna almost, correct me if I’m wrong

  16. I find that when I play a move like Bishop to E5 to pin the night. They almost always play pawn to A8 and then I just end up having to move my bishop back…

  17. You leave the light-square bishop just undefended on d3?

  18. I love that in all these older Gotham videos he always says stuff like "you're almost never gonna see this unless your opponent has seen this video" and now homie is just chilling on 3M Subs and all my opponents down here at 700 know about these videos too 😭😂

  19. Ok but Qh5 and Bd3 but White protected the d pawn with the c pawn and does not have the e column open seems kinda devastating against Black

  20. Theres this loser at my school that plays this, gonna beat him now, he will be a loser now

  21. Once i play against London system with an IM (International Master)and i win

  22. I play the London and some rip through quickly , which stinks

  23. Watching this to screw over my brother it’s the only opening he plays

  24. having no idea what any of the names of these openings are makes me giggle. Maybe I WILL start opening with a dutch when all my opponents open with a london. Because then they won't know wtf is happening. I learned chess through practice before the internet so I'm taking advantage of that in hopes that I can make chaos my calm.

  25. thanks i jus made a premover resign with this😪🙏

  26. Bro I legit hate accelerated London opening thanks for that

  27. Your videos are very instructive. Thank you

  28. I came here today to learn how to counter the London but now I have to learn Queen's Gambit and some Alvin counter (lol). Let's see how deep the rabbit hole goes.

  29. At 5:30 instead of castling bring bishop back to smother the queen

  30. why would white play 3 inaccuracys tho? Also white has the advantage of +0,3 at the end of the PGN line so what's the point?

  31. Thanks!!! WOW this wasssssss sooooooo helpful:)))))))))))))))))))))))

  32. Hi Levy. Do you have this black opening more detailed in your chess courses?

  33. I’m a London player. Love your style. Young and very energetic. I will try your c5 f6 e5. It looks bizarre that’s why I like it. Thanks

  34. A lot of this video is equally applicable to the Exchange Caro-Kann.

  35. everyone suddenly started using london jus because a gm won wit this now I gotta rewatch this☠☠

  36. ding won a world championship chess game and won the match with london system
